Cacele CRM Pro

Cacele CRM Pro is a separately installed add-on sold by Cacele. Its code is not included in this WordPress.org package. Pro currently adds automation rules, reusable message templates, and automation logs. See https://www.cacele.com/plugins/cacele-crm/ for product and support information.

Privacy and external services

Form and CRM data stay on your WordPress site. Cacele CRM Free makes no automatic requests to Cacele, Google Fonts, or another hosted service. It sends no usage analytics or diagnostic reports. The product and support links open cacele.com only when an administrator chooses to follow them.

Installation

  1. Upload to /wp-content/plugins/cacele-crm or install from WordPress.org.
  2. Activate Cacele CRM.
  3. Open Cacele CRM in the admin menu.
  4. Embed a form with [cacele_crm_form slug="contact"] or the Cacele CRM Form block. Existing [floracrm_form] shortcodes remain supported.

FAQ

Is Cacele CRM really free?

Yes. Every capability included in this WordPress.org package works without a license.

What does Cacele CRM Pro add?

Cacele CRM Pro is a separately installed Cacele add-on for advanced automation tools. Its code is not included in Cacele CRM Free.

Does Cacele CRM send my CRM data to a hosted service?

No. Core forms and CRM data stay in your WordPress database.

Will I lose data when I install Cacele CRM Pro?

No. The separately installed Pro add-on uses the same Free CRM records in place. It does not copy or delete your contacts, submissions, deals, tasks, forms, or pipelines.
