Studio booking platforms usually charge a monthly subscription per location, and the client list stays on their servers. This plugin keeps everything on your own site, in your own database, with no external service and no monthly fee. One plugin covers four kinds of studio. Choosing a preset — Yoga & Pilates, Sports& Fitness, Reiki & Energy Healing, or Life & Business Coach — switches on the modules that fit, and you can turn any module on or off afterwards. #### Free features * Services: the classes, sessions and treatments you offer, with duration, capacity, price and a calendar colour. * Instructors: the teachers, trainers and practitioners who deliver your services. * Locations: studios, halls, clinics and online rooms. * Schedule: weekly recurring classes and one-off sessions, expanded automatically into dated occurrences. * Bookings: visitors reserve a seat from your website, with capacity checks, a booking reference and an optional approval step. * Attendance: mark who attended, who cancelled and who did not show up. * Emails: a confirmation to your client and a notification to the studio. * Privacy: consent capture, plus export and erasure through the WordPress privacy tools. * Activity log and CSV export of bookings. * Any currency, US dollar by default. * Translation-ready and RTL-ready. German and Arabic translations can be added from your own WordPress site. #### Shortcodes * `[aitwsm_schedule days="30"]` — upcoming classes with a booking form. * `[aitwsm_services category="yoga"]` — the services you offer. #### Who it is for * Yoga and Pilates studios running weekly group classes. * Sports and fitness clubs that need training slots and attendance. * Reiki and energy-healing practitioners with one-to-one appointments. * Life and business coaches booking online sessions. ## Installation 1. In WordPress Admin, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. 2. Upload the plugin ZIP file, then install and activate it. 3. Open the new “AIT WSM Clients” menu and choose your studio preset under Modules. 4. Add your services, instructors and locations. 5. Add your classes under Schedule. 6. Put `[aitwsm_schedule]` on a page so visitors can book. ## FAQ ### Where is my data stored? In your own WordPress database, in tables prefixed with your site’s table prefix followed by aitwsm_. Nothing is sent to an external service. ### Do I need to take payments? No. Payments are entirely optional and are part of the separate Pro add-on, where you can choose Stripe, WooCommerce, PayPal — or nothing at all. ### Can I translate the plugin into German or Arabic? Yes. The plugin ships no translations by design: it is built to be translated from your own site with Loco Translate, or through the WordPress translation platform. Arabic and other right-to-left languages are fully supported. ### Does it work with any theme? Yes. The booking list uses plain, accessible markup and a small stylesheet you can override in your theme. ## Reviews There are no reviews for this plugin. ## Contributors & Developers “AlbertoIT Wellness Studio Manager – Yoga, Reiki, Sports & Coaching Bookings” is open source software.
