We use our own industry-trained live chat agents and software platform to service chats. Upload the plugin file to the `/wp-content/plugins/apexchat` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugin. 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress 3.
