You also have the option to disallow the unchecking of the checkbox, so that all topics on the forums you specify are flagged as support topics. Upload the entire ‘bbpress-support-checked-by-default’ folder to the ‘/wp-content/ plugins/’ directory 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress 3.
