## Description

WordPress filter to fully implement the “[Cat Game](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NZkKsGtrW88)”
from [Super Troopers](http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0247745/) for your commenters.

The first user who can sneak 10 “meows” into to a post’s comment section will get
a reply post from _Officer Womack_ notifying them of their awesomeness.
