Hark — Customer Suggestions

Description

Hark is a customer suggestion tool for businesses. Add a lightweight widget to your site that lets customers tell you what products or services they want to see.

How it works:

  1. Install the plugin and enter your Hark Store ID
  2. A small “Suggest a product” button appears on your site
  3. Customers click it, type a suggestion, and submit
  4. You see suggestions ranked by demand in your Hark dashboard

Hark works for any business — cafes, bookstores, boutiques, ecommerce stores, gyms, and more.

Features:

  • Lightweight widget — no impact on page speed
  • Autocomplete for existing suggestions (reduces duplicates)
  • Optional email capture for follow-up
  • Suggestions ranked by demand in your dashboard
  • Works on any WordPress theme

This plugin connects to the Hark service at withhark.com. The widget script is loaded from withhark.com and customer suggestions are sent to Hark’s servers for processing. By using this plugin, you agree to Hark’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Does this plugin slow down my site?

No. The widget script is small and loads asynchronously in the footer. It does not block page rendering.

What data is sent to Hark?

When a visitor submits a suggestion, the product name and optional email address are sent to Hark’s servers at withhark.com. No other visitor data is collected or transmitted.
