Click **Connect StudioDock**, sign in or start a free trial, choose an active Space or Sessions page, and preview it in the block editor. The published booking form automatically follows its StudioDock content height, so site owners do not need to maintain a fixed iframe height. The plugin does not recreate availability, pricing, checkout, or payments inside WordPress. The plugin itself is free. Sessions embeds are available according to the tenant’s StudioDock plan. Per-space embeds require an eligible trial, Pro, or Scale plan. The Connect picker only returns booking surfaces currently available to that tenant. #### External service disclosure This plugin connects to the StudioDock SaaS service at `https://www.getstudiodock. com`. No request is sent to StudioDock merely by installing or activating the plugin. When an administrator explicitly clicks **Connect StudioDock**, the plugin sends the WordPress site’s public origin, a random state value, and an S256 PKCE challenge to start a secure one-time authorization. After the tenant admin approves `embeds: read`, StudioDock returns the tenant name and eligible public booking URLs. It does not return customers, bookings, payments, or settings. When a page containing the block is viewed, the selected public booking form is loaded from StudioDock or the tenant’s configured StudioDock custom domain. Install **StudioDock Booking** from Plugins > Add New and activate it. 2. Add the **StudioDock Booking** block to a page. 3. Click **Connect StudioDock**. 4. Sign in as the StudioDock tenant admin or start a free trial. 5. Approve read-only embed access and select a Space or Sessions page. 6. Preview and publish the WordPress page. No. Availability, pricing, add-ons, forms, payments, reminders, and booking management remain in StudioDock. The plugin supplies the native WordPress connection, picker, preview, and responsive presentation. ### What permission does Connect request? Only `embeds:read`. It can list the tenant name and eligible public Space or Sessions URLs. It cannot read customer details, booking records, payment information, or settings, and it cannot make changes. ### Are API keys stored in WordPress? No. StudioDock Connect uses a short-lived one-time code with state and S256 PKCE. The code is consumed when the public booking catalog is returned. No long-lived StudioDock token is stored by this plugin. ### Does simply installing the plugin send tracking data? No. The first StudioDock network request occurs only after an administrator clicks Connect. WordPress.org supplies its own aggregate installation statistics under its policies. ### Can I still paste an embed URL manually? Yes. The block has an advanced URL field, and the original shortcode remains supported. ### Why do I not see any booking surfaces after connecting?
