Taxonomies include categories, tags and any other custom taxonomies that may be present with your active theme and plugins. Upload the `taxonomy-converter` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory, or search for Taxonomy Converter on the `Plugins > Add New` admin page and Install Now. 2. I couldn’t find another to do this. WordPress has one, but it only converts default categories and tags, not taxonomies for other post types. In my case, I needed it for WooCommerce. After I used it, I read the support and saw it doesn’t work on php 7. Mine was set to 7.2.27 and I had no issues. I realized later that I had looked into another plugin called Term Management Tools. Looks like the code hasn’t really been touched all that much in many, many years.
