WooCommerce orders become bookkeeping lines your accountant (or you) can review before posting.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Typical workflow:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol>\n<li>WooCommerce \u2192 Settings \u2192 <strong>\u4f1a\u8a08\u30a8\u30af\u30b9\u30dd\u30fc\u30c8<\/strong> \u2014 set account names (e.g. \u58f2\u639b\u91d1, \u58f2\u4e0a\u9ad8) once.<\/li>\n<li>WooCommerce \u2192 <strong>\u4f1a\u8a08\u30a8\u30af\u30b9\u30dd\u30fc\u30c8<\/strong> \u2014 choose dates and download the file.<\/li>\n<li>Import the file in Yayoi desktop (or \u3084\u3088\u3044\u306e\u9752\u8272\u7533\u544a).<\/li>\n<li>Exported orders are marked so you do not import the same sale twice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>What the plugin handles for you (no Yayoi expertise required):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>8% and 10% tax in one order<\/strong> \u2014 if a cart mixes standard and reduced-rate items, the export splits amounts into separate lines with the correct tax category for Yayoi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Multi-line journals<\/strong> \u2014 when one order needs several debit\/credit lines, Yayoi requires special row markers; the plugin sets them automatically (you do not need to know codes like 2110).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Registration numbers<\/strong> \u2014 if you use <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/kazuki-qualified-invoice-number-for-woocommerce\/\">Kazuki Qualified Invoice Number for WooCommerce<\/a>, the customer's T+13 number is copied into the journal memo field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>File encoding<\/strong> \u2014 default is Shift-JIS <code>.txt<\/code> for Japanese Yayoi desktop; UTF-8 options are available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Supported Yayoi products:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u3084\u3088\u3044\u306e\u9752\u8272\u7533\u544a<\/strong> \u2014 25-column format (default)<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u5f25\u751f\u4f1a\u8a08 desktop<\/strong> \u2014 select 27-column format in settings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Yayoi Accounting Next \/ online are <strong>not verified<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Not included in the free version:<\/strong> freee, Money Forward, or automatic scheduled exports (planned as Pro).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong> This plugin does not provide tax or accounting advice.
