Revenue is recorded in the KPO ledger in accordance with the settings and rules of the Pausal application.<\/p>\n\n<p>The plugin also supports automatic refunds of fiscal receipts and connection to a test environment, allowing you to verify the integration before using it in production.<\/p>\n\n<p>By automating fiscalization, you can reduce manual data entry, process orders more quickly, and minimize the possibility of errors.<\/p>\n\n<h4>How It Works<\/h4>\n\n<ol>\n<li>Install and activate the Pausal plugin in your WooCommerce store.<\/li>\n<li>In the Pausal application, open Settings &gt; Fiscal cash register &gt; API integration, create an API token, and copy its API key and secret.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the API key and secret in the plugin settings.<\/li>\n<li>Select the environment and configure how orders will be fiscalized.<\/li>\n<li>Select the WooCommerce order status that will trigger the creation of a fiscal receipt.<\/li>\n<li>When an order reaches the selected status, the plugin automatically creates a fiscal receipt.<\/li>\n<li>The created receipt is recorded in the Pausal application and, if the appropriate option is enabled, automatically sent to the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4>Requirements<\/h4>\n\n<p>To use the plugin, you must have:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>an installed and active WooCommerce store;<\/li>\n<li>an active account in the Pausal application;<\/li>\n<li>an active Pausal subscription that includes fiscalization;<\/li>\n<li>all information required to issue fiscal receipts properly configured.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Before using the plugin, make sure that your Pausal account meets all the requirements for connecting the integration and issuing fiscal receipts.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Data Sent to the Pausal Application<\/h4>\n\n<p>For authentication and fiscalization purposes, the plugin may send the following data to the Pausal application:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>the API key created in the Pausal application;<\/li>\n<li>an HMAC-SHA256 signature of each request body, computed with the API secret (the secret itself is not sent);<\/li>\n<li>the selected API environment;<\/li>\n<li>the cashier's name;<\/li>\n<li>the number, date, and time of the reference fiscal document when processing a refund;<\/li>\n<li>the order total, currency, payment method, products or services, quantities, prices, and tax rates;<\/li>\n<li>recipient email addresses, the email subject, and the message body when fiscal receipt delivery by email is enabled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>A Pausal account is required to use the service. In the plugin settings, you can enable automatic refunds and select the order status that will trigger the creation of a refund fiscal receipt.
