It is required for the plugin to function, and nothing is sent until you connect or configure it. Here is exactly what is sent, and when:<\/p>\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Chat widget (api.subba.pro).<\/strong> When the chat widget is enabled, each page that shows it loads a small launcher script from <code>https:\/\/api.subba.pro\/f\/&lt;your form id&gt;\/chat.js<\/code> and opens the chat in a subba-hosted frame. If a visitor uses the chat, the messages they type and any contact details they choose to give (such as name, email or phone) are sent to subba to generate a reply and log the enquiry.
