## Description

WP promoter is wordress plugin which allows you to promote your web services to 
your users.
 You can place Top bar , Left side bar , Right side bar , bottom bar
with the Useful message and the links which floats on your screen. It is very eye
catching display of the services to your user. Plugin also has various features 
such as customizing the colors etc. After few seconds , Plugin also has functionality
to display popup to your Users. You can also notify your users about important notices
on your blog. All this functions helps you to promote your blog.

## Installation
