Compatible Plugins
You can use Surflink while keeping plugins with similar features like: PrettyLinks, BetterLinks, Redirection, Better Search Replace, UpdraftPlus, All-in-One WP Migration, Duplicator, BackWPup. Disable specific modules if conflicts occur. Specially if you have auto linking rules set up in Link Whisper, don’t set auto linking rule for same keyword in Surflink.

Can I damage my site with Search & Replace?

Possible. Always backup your site before running Search & Replace. Use Dry Run mode first to preview changes.

Can I restore a backup on a different domain?

Yes. SurfLink supports cross-domain restore for site migrations.

Yes. SurfLink automatically handles different table prefixes.

Does Broken Link Checker slow down my site?

No. Link checking runs in the background, not on page load.

Does this work with WordPress Multisite?

Not recommended for Multisite installations. Use with caution.

Why can’t I access wp-login.php after restoring?

Third-party login security plugins may interfere. Connect via FTP and rename the conflicting plugin folder to deactivate it, then login normally.
