Is a YouTube embed allowed? Looks like it’s not, not able to embed one? Could we remove it from the available blocks then? Maybe all embeds?

Embeds were specifically enabled, and are known to be kinda buggy right now, although I hadn’t seen that Youtube HTML issue.
There’s a bunch of upstream issues around blocks no workie.
